Zachary T. Magaha maintains a general practice in Pensacola, Florida, with a concentration in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Law and Personal Injury.

Mr. Magaha is a 3rd generation, life-time resident of Pensacola, Florida. He attended Booker T. Washington for high school, then played collegiate baseball at Pensacola State College.  Next, he attended the University of West Florida, where he received his B.S.B.A. with a major in management and a minor in finance.

After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he pursued his J.D. at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he received an academic scholarship to attend.  While simultaneously pursuing his J.D., he attended Jacksonville University, where he received his MBA. As he pursued his duel degrees, Mr. Magaha worked as a law clerk at the Davis Law Firm, where he obtained invaluable practical experience regarding civil litigation in areas of law involving insurance coverage, consumer protection and complex business litigation.
